Travolook - Flight ticket refund

I booked a flight ticket on Jan ** **** from Travolook website, and as soon as I made the transaction I received an email from Travolook saying Booking is canceled due to some issue, I again booked the ticket and paid the money and I have recieved another email saying as same as above booking is cancelled, and mentioned with in ** working days I get my refund, I waited for that time and I still not received the money and I seen lot of negative reviews on this compnay for the same reason, my booking reference id's are REF*********,REF*********
