My husband booked flights on goibibo
Bom-raj return on his return flight when he arrived at the airport the Air India attendent told him that the flight ticket is void. On calling goibibo they said its a sustem error and they can just refund the money. But my husband was at Rajkot airport and no other flight available. He had to buy a business class ticket at ***** and he had already paid ***** plus for the return ticket. Goibibo didnt help in anyway, as it was already ** mins before departure, he wasnt able to book the flight online and he wasnt carrying enough cash to book the flight. After borrowing Money from the car driver , he purchased a business class ticket and returned home as it would be risky to stay overnight in a hotel during Covid and plus he needed to be in mumbai on sunday.
Goibibo clearly refused to do anything but just refund the money on explaining thats its urgent that he is back home and they need to give a ticket instead of refund. All they said is sorry. Hopeless service
