Ticket booked for my wife SUHASINI GONE on **.**.**** vide booking referance REF********* for indigo *E *** from hyderabad to goa scheduled on ** th Nov **** payment was made online. Immediately after few minutes mail recied from travolook stating.

Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in :REF*********
Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration. Please contact our customer support at ****-***-**** or send us an email at support@travolook.in and one of our travel expert will be pleased to assist you.In Such unlikely event, if your tickets cannot be processed for any reason you will be notified via email or by telephone and your payment will NOT be processed."
Several mail communicatins made for refund of amount but till date amount is not refunded."
Duraing every mail they either say they will refund in *_* days or look in to the issue . Till date they have not refunded. It is creating fear to book tickets from such sites and causing mental stress. Pl help me in refundimg the amount from travolook.
