Sahitya nimmalapudi filed complaint against Travolook on Apr 23, 2021
I booked a ticket in travolook website from hyderabad to rajahmundry. **** was deducted from my account but I didn't any any details about the ticket. There is not even any booking I.d. it was said that the booking process was under process and will take about half an hour. But even after an hour I didn't get any mail.
I am continously calling the customer support but there is no response.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
