Goibibo - Flight ticket has been Cancelled

I have booked a Spicejet flight from Chennai to Delhi on Feb **th through Goibibo. I wanted to reschedule the flight to Feb ** but in the Goibibo app it was showing the flight has been cancelled so I called the Goibibo Customer care and they advised me to reschedule through Spicejet website and suggested me to check for the refund in the Goibibo app since it was showing the flight has been cancelled as flight reschedule can not be done from their side. Hence, I rescheduled the flight to feb ** in spicejet website and opted for refund process in Goibibo application.
Without any confirmation from my side, Goibibo has cancelled my flight and they are blaming me that I have cancelled the flight. I tried contacting their customer care multiple times, there is no proper response from them and they are behaving very rude. I don't know what to do please help me.
