I have booked flight ticket on goibibo on ** th October'** but when I was making payment transaction got failed and money has been deducted from my account. I have raised issue with my bank but they said that transaction got credited into goibibo account but when I asked goibibo for refund they are saying that they have not received payment so they can not refund. I have raised this issue with goibibo at least **-** time every time they said they have registered my complain and working on it. They are not doing anything kindly help me with this issue. Screen shot of Mail from my bank is attached.
