After umpteen efforts they confirmed the booking cancellation and I received this attachment through my dispute filed with the payment gateway Razorpay on */*/****, with a request to wait for **-** days for the refund to be processed. But no refund has been initiated as yet.
Kindly look into this matter and initiate the refund amount at the earliest.
