Pranoy Joseph filed complaint against Goibibo on May 7, 2020
I was booked flight from Goibibo from DAMMAM to TRIVANDRUM travel date May **th ****. Due to COVID -** all flight schedule has been suspended by all countries as well as flight operators. Goibibo sent mail to me that they will provide reschedule for same booking for same passenger. I was checked with airline for the same is cancelled by them and they will provide ***% refund upon cancellation but goibibo did not reflect anything on their customer portal. also DGCA ordered to all airlines to refund full amount which is affected due to COVID - **. No response from GOIBIBO and i want full refund not a rescheduled flight as it is not possible to travel with a reschedule.
