Travolook - Flight Ticket amount

I booked a flight ticket on **th march, ****. after the amount paid one of their customer service person called and said we have to cancel your flight booking due to variation in pricing, and amount will be refunded in between ** to ** working days. Its been more than a month now, I have due in my credit card with the penalty charge of above **** rs. They have stopped responding my mail response. If I call on their customer service number it always start with the Queue of ** or ** inline. after waiting for almost a month I am submitting complaint against Travolook.
