Hi, my flight under Gofirst Airline PNR RCY**N was rescheduled by airlines from **.** pm to *.** pm without checking with me...I had booked **.** pm flight so i could finish an event and then go to airport. I tried reaching to the customer care number for last * days but got no response, I have also opted for a call back but did not get any calls. Since I couldn't get on the rescheduled flight I ended up losing the money.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
