I have booked flight flight ticket from Mumbai to Nagpur from goibibo for travel date **th march ****, But due to lock-down was announced on **th march to till **th april **** in country, i have been rescheduled to **th April ****, still am not received e-ticket for this rescheduled booking, and also as per current situation in country, again Mr. PM was announced to extended lock-down till *rd may **** now, i want to cancelled this ticket, but due to ticket shows booking is in progress from last ** days, there is no option to cancel or rescheduled again, tried a lot to reach out to customer care no./customer email id, there is no revert communication from your goibibo. requesting you to please help here to get it resolved.
