I booked a flight from Columbia to Delhi. It was a connecting flight CMB-Kochi-New Delhi. But the flight from Kochi got directly cancelled from airlines due to extended COVID**. So I cancelled other ticket also on **th April before a week of my travel date. Since then I am waiting for my refund to get process. Not able to contact goibibo team, only option was their bot Gia. She is horrible in the name of Support. Status is showing Refund under process since then. I was of thought that refund would process within **-** days so I didn't convert the amount of my card into EMI. Now the bank is charging continous interest on that amount. Neither I'm able to pay that amount to bank nor able to convert that amount into EMI as ** days are already over as per EMI guidelines. PLease help me out of this situation.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
