Goibibo - Flight refund

Hello All,
I had booked a flight from Amsterdam to Bangalore through British Airways. The flight had a transit in London for * hours.

I had checked with Goibibo and you had also connected with the Airlines and committed to me that a transit visa is not required.

However in the Amsterdam airport I was denied to board the fight.
After which I was told by the Goibibo executive to Cancel the flight and make a different arrangement.

I have faced a really tough time because of Goibibo.
Being a very valuable customer and having made numerous amount of transactions, I did not expect such a poor response from your end.

Kindly resolve my issue and make a refund at the earliest.
I have been calling the cal center and the response has been weak.
