Apparently, I happened to book a flight ticket from London to Visakhapatnam to travel on January **, ****. On January **, **** I had to cancel my ticket because the flight was delayed by ** hours and I was told that i was eligible for full refund. I was given a reference number and my refund was processed. But, it has been more than * months and I did not receive even a single penny till now. I had made several calls to Air India customer care and asked about my issue but their response has always been like your refund amount will be received in ** working days or * working days or * working days. I am a student studying in London and *** GBP is not a small amount and I can survive for * months with this amount. Kindly help me in sorting this issue
