Cleartrip - Flight Refund Not Processed

I have booked a flight with cleartrip ( ************ ) , which was cancelled by Vistara with full refund , the flight was cancelled on **th June **** and till date they have not cancelled or initiated the refund , everytime i call their care , they have a different story to tell , sometime they say refund is initiated , sometimes they it is pending with our offline team .
