Cleartrip and Indigo - flight refund not got as shown

I booked from CLEARTRIP.COM the IndiGo *E ***
Trip Id: ************ for date *August****. Airlines cancelled this flight, I calculated refund on cleartrip portal and it showed " Full Refund" and then I cancelled my ticket at cleartrip portal as flight was already cancelled by airlines itself. Then I received a message that I am getting only ***Rs refund and not **** as was shown in cleartrip portal. Now Cleartrip is cheating with me saying that it was only ***Rs refund and I am asking for server screen logs which it is not sharing with me. I asked to speak to senior management and they are only sending me same auto message in email.
