I had booked Indigo flight through Yatra from Mumbai to Bhopal for *rd July. Flight got cancelled from Indigo Airlines due to Pandemic. But I did not receive any message or notification for flight cancellation through Yatra. From Indigo they had initiated refund on *st of July but refund hasn't been processed from Yatra and not responding over email as well.
No customer care contact has been working.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
