Hello Team, I was trying to reschedule my flight AI *** October ** to November ** for the last ** days but every time the customer service team member transfers my call to the ticketing dept but the call disconnects without any resolution. Every time I narrate the same story and the team said they requested the ticketing dept to reschedule my flight but never got any update. I send emails as well to reschedule my flight before October **. Now when I try to reschedule my flight the airline is saying that you have to pay appx **k to change my flight. What is my fault here and the Air India is not listening to my queries.
