I booked a flight ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore for *th August on Air India flight at **.** from Mumbai. The fee charged is inr**** paid via UPI - shruti.***-*@okhdfcbank
I got a call in ** minutes that the flight has been canceled by Air India and that I'll have to book again and the first full amount will be refunded. As yet no mail for confirmation or cancelation has been sent and no refund initiated. Plus they are not picking calls anymore or responding to mails.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
