Flight was scheduled at *:** AM. I reached airport on time. Got my boarding pass within time.
I was awaiting to catch the flight. I was sitting in the waiting area. No one came to me....no announcement made, no sms/no phone call. Nothing was made. When I reached at boarding gate then I was told that I am * minutes late for boarding gate. Even if the flight got delayed for ** mins (In that case I was within the time limit of ** minutes)
So the main concern is why there was no announcement/ no call/ no one from ground staff even came to waiting area/ no phone call?? Why?
I had already made checkin within time, I am inside the airport premises. I had already submitted my luggage-- Indigo has no responsibility to find out whether I am boarded in the flight or not?
Even I was constantly looking at all the LED boards within the airport to findout the status but for that flight--No status was shown (Gate closed, delayed, ) nothing at all.
I even have the snapshots of those. In the end I was not allowed to board in the flight. An alternate flight was offered to me for the price of INR **** approx.
I had to attend a team meeting in Bhuvneshwar which was missed. Being a kidney patient I had to wait more than * hours for the next flight. had to suffer economically. as well as mentally. Lost my team bus as well as meeting in Bhuvneshwar for the fault of yours and your staff.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
