This is to inform you that your service is very pathetic and there is no helpful nature of your staff in flight No-SG-**** .I Ashish Kumar Sinha today travelling from Dehradun to New Delhi Flight No SG-**** but there was flight delay of approx. * hour due to waiting for some other passenger. Today I have another flight from new Delhi to Ranchi (Flight No-*E****-) next * hour i.e **.** but due to your delayed from your side i have lost my flight.
I have also communicated to your cabin crew and air hostess regarding my next flight and I am getting late for the same but I didn't get any support from them.
Now I have to pay again to reach my destination. Who will be responsible for this...????????
If the flight was delayed then why didn't tell us regarding this before * hour .My flight was missed due to your negligence.
Not a single spice staff has helped me in terminal * .
I am working in the corporate world and I will never recommend spice to anyone and also never use this flight.
I am mentally and physically harass due to your pathetic service.
I need compensation for this.
