Abdur Rafay filed complaint against Air India on Feb 20, 2019
I was travel in AI *** from Patna to Delhi on date **th Feb'**. It is delayed more than * hours from the arrival time (Arrived at Delhi airport at **:** am *th Feb **). Due to delayed I had missed connecting flight from Delhi to Kuwait by Emirates Airline flight number EK-*** & EK-*** Boarding time **:** at Delhi Airport. Regarding next flight missed from Delhi to Kuwait I had contact to Duty Manager of Air India they denied for any type of help and also they were shouting on me and many customers. After many requests, they provide delay certificate and told that you can complain about compensation.
After that, I booked another ticket again with this hope that they will be compensated for my loss. Another booked ticket amount is *****/- from Delhi to Kuwait dated *th Feb'** by jet airlines.
I hope you will help me on this issue and provide me losses.
