Go Air - Flight got cancelled yet no refund of amount INR 8121

I have booked a flight ticket in Go air from Kolkata to Pune for **th Oct and I have paid rupees *,*** to the company. I got an email from Go Air just before days of my travel stating due to operational issues your flight got cancelled and your booking amount is with us. You can book a ticket with this PNR in future. Despite of several emails, calls and tweets to the company they are not refunding back my amount and J mentioned I am not a frequent flier and don’t know when next time I will fly. This is cheating by the company as they are not listening to customer complaints and not refunding back the hard earned money.
