Hi,
I will write a detail email to consumer forum and other social media platforms that I would not recommend anyone to pursue with Yatra. I have been writing an email from the last three days and they are not responding on emails. Also, their customer care number is not working. I had booked a flight for Delhi to London for ** Jan and now
I have just received a message from Virgin Atlantic on my messenger that the same flight has been cancelled and shifted to ** Jan **** but I didn't recieve any intimation or mail from Yatra. Still waiting for the solution. This is really pathetic and I am not expecting this kind of services from Yatra.
I need an immediate solution on this.
