Indigo Airlines - Flight false booking

I have done a booking in indigo airlines from Lucknow to Dehradun for ** June **** from indigo app amounting to ****. They had not mailed or provided me with any SMS that I have made the booking. When I called the customer executive that why my booking is not being shown on your app or communicated me through any email. Then he started saying that there is some problem in our app and they are resolving it and comes up saying that I have made my booking from Lucknow to Delhi and that too on ** June ****. Even the time of booking is being shown *:** am ** June **** on the attached itinerary whereas I have done my booking around **:** am and still, there is nothing shown in the teir application regarding my booking.
