I tried to book a flight ticket through GOIBIBO on **th July ***** where the amount of ₹ *****/- was deducted from my sbi account but no ticket was booked. Next day I tried again on the advise of goibibo person and paid same and got the confirm ticket booked. About my first transaction goibibo saud that contact your bank , my bank saud that the amount is transferred in beneficiary (goibibo) account sussecfully. When I started trying to ask goibibo to refund my fist payment of ₹ *****/- they did not respond properly . In fact they do not provide a proper plateform to raise your voice of complaint before them, you have to just wander here and there virtually . Kindly assist if you can.
