RAJESH NAGALLA filed complaint against Air India on Mar 30, 2019
I had booked a flight ticket from Vijayawada to Delhi in Airindia flight (AI-***) on **-**-**** at **:** am. Boarding was over by **:** am and I was in the flight. But the flight did not take off in time. After half an hour delay I asked the crew about and there was no proper reply. After one hour sitting in the plane, one of the crew members said that there was a technical problem and it will be resolved soon. But I was on the plane only along with other passengers. We were not allowed to get down also. Repeatedly we are asking the crew and there was no response. Finally, the flight took off at**:** am approximately from Vijayawada Airport and reached Delhi at **:** hrs. Actually, I had a connecting flight to Varanasi From Delhi at **:** hrs (UK-***). I missed the flight due to the mistake done by Airindia. I booked another flight (*E-***) at **:** hrs and went to Varanasi. I faced so much mental tension, lost my flight ticket amount. Can't meet important people and extra expenses in Delhi Airport due to this delay and waiting for another flight. Please help me in this regard. Can check with airports authority of India regarding the delayed departure of the Airindia flight (AI-***) from Vijayawada on **-**-****.
