I booked ticket for **:** which got delayed to **:** and they informed ** hours before when all the other flights have very large fare so I am obligated to go with the same flight. Later when I reach to airport and go to boarding gate and the mentioned time the flight gets delayed to **:**. This is highly unacceptable. You cannot waste people’s time. I am a single ** year old lady traveling. I was supposed to reach my destination at **:**. Now I will reach after **:**. Who is going to take responsibility of my safety?

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
