Jet Airways India - Flight delay plus extra money

Flight booked for travelling from Kolkata to Mumbai (** March **** **:** hrs. *W ***).
Reached airport counter at **:** hrs on ** March to prepone the journey (** March **** **:** hrs *W ***)
I was made to wait * hours in the counter and finally asked to pay Rs **** for rescheduling which i agreed.
Meanwhile, the shift changed and new attendant came on the counter and she asked Rs **** for the same.
Despite protests I had to pay the asking amount as my travel at **:** hrs was very very important & urgent.
Finally the flight *W *** delayed by Jet Airways by more than * hours.
During the first hour of delay I started asking for refund so that I can book another flight in order to maintain my schedule. The airline staff including the manager denied any refund till the end and I had to fly in the delayed flight.
Therefore, I had paid double the price (Rs **,***) than an average ticket and
- the airline disrupted my whole schedule
- even didn't consider any refund to enable me to change the journey to any other airline.
