Indigo flight from Indore to Bangalore got delayed and airline cited bad weather of Indore as the reason. All the other flights were operational, how come only Indore Bangalore flight is impacted?
Airline people tried to be smart in covering their mistakes and started passengers to stand in queue for boarding (even though airplane was not ready), it was horrible experience and total harassments/mental torture for all of us.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
