Goibibo canceled * of my flights in April and I have been trying to get in touch with them since for refund or credit or reschedule option. Their website and chatbot send out automated responses that aren't even relevant. I have lost more than **k because of this. Worst service. Haven't been able to get in touch with them at all. Even the 'reschedule available" option isn't working. I am not able to reschedule the ticket

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
