I am writing this with very much hope for my concern with Spicejet.
One poor lady's( who is working as house maid for different houses) son was stuck at Mumbai ( went for job search) due to Covid situation was unable to come back to Kochi and asked me to help. I did booked a flight ticket with Spice jet for Rs **** for March **th flight and they cancelled it on the **rd midnight, which made me to book another flight on Indigo *E ***to Trivandrum which was scheduled for **th and arranged taxi from trivandrum to Kochi which costed me more than **k.
Now when I am requesting for refund back to my card , spicejet is not willing to give back and mentioning that it will kept as shell credits and can be used for same person till Feb ****. Due to Covid lock down I am having tough time to survive. Also would spicejet be able to assure within a year no more such lockdown will occur. Would this covid be gone within a year?
That person is not planning to travel by any more.
Requesting you to take appropriate action and refund the entire money back to the card which it was spent.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
