Spicejet Air Line - Flight cancelled

I booked my flight from new delhi to kolkata on **th may to fly on **th may through Goibibo. The flight was spicejet sg***. Now on the evening of **th may i got a message from from spice jet that my flight is cancelled and the amount is being kept in credit shell for a year or something like that. Now problem is i have to book from spicejet only to use that money helpline numbers are not responding and no message from goibibo
