Cleartrip - Flight Cancelled no Refund

I had a booking on **th Feb with boarding time *.** pm. I canceled the flight through Cleartrip app at **.** pm which is outside the * hours window, and hence I was eligible for a refund after a deduction of Rs **** (max). Cleartrip denied the refund and later I verified with Indigo airline that Cleartrip never cancelled the trip with the airline. Indigo considered it as a no-show. It is a complete failure of their system. I have gone through lots of mental stress due to this.
