Dear Sir/Madam,
Air India canceled the flight
From Pune to Ahmedabad
Flight number AI-***,on **th May **** at **:**
on which I had booked from Make my trip agent and paid for a ticket. I am therefore filing a complaint on behalf of * persons, below are the details of the tickets.

I have called Air India customer care no numerous times till now, today I am getting feedback that Make my trip has not raised the RA no for the refund, where I have already got the RA no from Make My Trip on **th Mar **** itself which i have provided above also.
So as per the law if Airlines are canceling the flight we are entitled to get full refund of the ticket without any cancellation charges.
Today i called again Air India Customer Support for refund status, they are routing us to Make my trip telling that they will provide the refund, and when i ask the agent that i have the RA number which was raised on **th Mar ****, where i need the status when the money will be refunded back, they are not telling the status also, when requested to transfer the call to senior then telling no seniors are available to take a call, I mean such a company do not have seniors available at the same time?
I need the resolution on refund part it almost more then a month its still processed, when need to book the ticket money is taken fully but refunding back is taking a lot of time from Air India.
