I booked flight of air India on ** aug **** and ** aug ****. Both flights cancelled by Air india.
I wanted to talk with customers support but my call was on always in waiting list, picked call rarely then call cut automatically from other side. I applied for refund
Needs to know how to get my refund or it's status
There is no facility to proper communication in Air india.
Even Other flights give a chance to change or shift flight for next date as i noticed during indigo flight
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
