Dear Jet Airways team,
I got the message that my flight *W-*** on dated **th Feb Del - Nag has been cancelled and when I tried to reach the contact centre the call is connecting and putting me in the queue for *-* hours. This is very bad service of Jet Airways. Requesting you to please provide me the different seat on the same day of one day before.
