On *rd April, ****, I had booked a flight for **th April from Mumbai to Kolkata, flight company UK***, Booking Ref No. *************. The flight company cancelled the flight due to COVID-** pandemic and refunded full amount to the account of Yatra.com but yatra.com is still holding my money.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
