I have booked a Etihad Airlines flight for April **th from COK to YYZ through Goibibo. Due to Covid-** situation, the airlines automatically cancelled the flight and when I contact goibibo for cancellation, they says I will be charged a **,*** as cancellation charge. This is pure cheating from the side of Goibibo. It is not me who cancelled the flight, it's the airlines itself. According to the policy I must get full refund.
My flight PNR number is AUWBXS.
