Spice Jet Airlines - Flight Cancelled and reschedule is not done

I have booked the flight from chennai to shiradi on **th Nov **** and return on **th Nov ****.
They have cancelled the **th Nov flight even after I done web check-in and informed me on **nd Evening.
I called to their customer care on **rd Nov *PM and asked to book the flights **rd itself which they said it is not possible and I asked for alternative flights for **th Nov and they said it is not available and I asked for **th Nov and they said its not available .
As I became frustrated I asked them to book the earlier available data and it is on **th Nov **** which I agreed and asked them to reschedule my return one which is on Nov **th to Nov **th and said will come back to them after having the word with my hotel bookings.
At *PM I called them and said that hotel cannot cancel the rooms as they asking to reschedule on **th Nov , I asked them to reschedule my upward flight on **th Nov and return on *st Dec .
When I said this the executive named Aslam said that it cannot be rescheduled for free as it has been rescheduled * time for free.
But I am not aware that the rescheduling is free for one time as the previous executive not said this to me while I confirming the rescheduled date.
And I understand their concern and said that I can bare some hotel amount Dont need to reschedule both the flights , atleast they can postpone my return flight from **th Nov to **Nov it will be helpful , They said it cannot be done for free , It made me frustration and I have adjusted my dates according to their flight availability and they are not ready to make changes to my return flight alone which made me high frustration and I am going to bare a loss of **k rupees because of spicejet.
I have all the evidences with me.
