I made a booking for myself and son for travel on **th December **** from Muscat to Kochi. I have been now informed by AI that the flight is not operating and to amend my booking through their website. When I tried to do this flights from */**/**** to **/**/**** is showing "flight not available or sold out". But flights are there on **th November and also *st January ****. My leave has been scheduled by the employer in June **** and it is not possible to advance it to **th November nor to *st January. If it is one or two days it is okay. But for the whole month of December flights are not available.
In this case, I need to get the full refund as soon as possible so that I can book in some other airlines.
