I had booked a flight on the night of **st march for the flight date of *st may for my brother in law from Mumbai to Gorakhpur.
But cancelled it as he wanted to travel urgently on *st april.
But Yatra.com has not refunded the amount till now.
Since it's has been ** days.
While it should have been done in ** hrs or * to * working days.
i even sent them a email.
i have not even received a reply from them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
