BALAJI ARUMUGAM filed complaint against Goibibo on Mar 18, 2020
I have booked flight ticket from Kuala Lumpur to trichirapalli on **th and return back on **st March ****. Due to corono virus spread, India ban flights from Malaysia and my flights were automatically cancelled by air Asia. Now goibibo not refunding and they sent aweful email to me that flight is not cancelled.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
