My flight from Goa-New Delhi was on **/**/**** but it was canceled by the airline and i was supposed to get quick refund from airline which they already did on **/**/**** to my agent which was yatra.com (unfortunately)
Now i’ve been mailing/raising complaint on their shitty app from past ** days and there is absolutely no response from their end and nor they’ve refunded me a single penny and the worst part is they don’t even have a customer care number.I’m so shocked how is this fraud company even existed in our nation it should be banned and i’ll make sure i raise a petition against this website
Please help me i need my refund back so that i could repay my friend from whom i’ve lented money to come back home
