Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights
The issue that I have experienced was: Booked flight tickets through Goibibo on Indigo Airlines round trip BLR-SAG, SAG-HYD-BLR via PNR No's JQMYPR, TKZFHJ, VKWGJW and MLCMQT. Due to the ongoing pandemic the flights were cancelled and after the intervention of the Hon Supreme Court the booking amount had to be refunded within ** days of such order. Today being **th Nov **** I have not received even a single amount from Goibibio to my booking account, but have received mails to check my account on the **th Nov **** and **th Nov **** for the refund. i am frustrated as Goibibo's customer care numbers are not operational or they get disconnected after preaching about the pandemic nor is their great App Gia is functional. After speaking to the airlines and to my surprise they gave me all the details of the refund to Goibibo which are as follows:

I want them to respond to my calls and give me a definite date as to when the amount will be credited to my account or are they going to not respect the Hon. Supreme Courts order for my further course of action.
