My flight booking from Kochi to Pune on **th March, **** got cancelled by Goibibo without prior notice and my confirmation.
I had booked to and fro flight from Pune to Bali through Goibibo in which my international flight got cancelled because of Corona virus issue and for ehich i am getting full refund but domestic flight is not cancelled.
Because of this I asked through email to goibibo team to cancel the domestic flight booking with full refund. But without letting me know that full refund is not possible and without my confirmation they cancelled my booking with penalty around ****.
How could without my confirmation booking get cancelled and if cancelled/rescheduled through airlines we should get full refund.
I was asking for full refund and if its not possible they should send an email regarding the refund policy and after that also if we asked for cancellation
then only they can cancel our booking.
