On wed, sep ** at near about * pm i booked a cab and the after reaching my pickup point the driver asked me to cancel my ride because his ola aap is not working and not taking my OTP. In that case i had to cancel my ride and ola charged me **rs. There was no other cabs nearbt then so i had to book that cab personally with more money to reach my destination. Inshort i have spend more money due to ola for my ride and ola charged me extra uneccesary canceletion charge whwn that was their app and drivers fault.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
