I initiated a refund of amount on **th Feb'**, for my purchase on FirstCry, the product has already been collected from my home, but the amount has not yet been credited back to my credit card, and since then I am continuously writing mails to customer care for the follow-up and every time they respond to "wait" in all the mails till date. I have also shared my bank details with them when they asked for it, but don't know how much time they will take to process.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
