I ordered Bollt Smartwatch on ** Feb from their website as they were showing delivery will be done within * buisness days, but however their EDD crossed and so I purchased the same item from nearby market due to latency and l refused to accept the order on ** feb though it's was my prepaid payment I thought amount will be returned to my source account, but from past * weeks I haven't received my refund also in their where they claims about registering a complain is also bogus as the website won't let you submit any complaints tagged under refund category also their customer contact number just go ringing from sometime and eventually drops out. Also once you mail at their infocare @bollt.com you will not find any response only pre generated mails..
