Fire Boltt - Fireboltt Didn t resolve my complaint since 4 months

I've bought a watch worth Rs. **** from myntra on * Aug ****. After few weeks the watch wasn't working so raised an request for replacement on ** Feb ****. And I've got another watch from fireboltt. But after a month I'd to face same issue with new watch. So, Again I've raised an issue on ** June ****. But this time i've raised an request for refund not for replacement which they were denying to provide me refund stating this is against our policy. They were saying this time we'll provide the product after double quality check. But I was unsatisfied with their product. In this July was also about to end so I asked them one question which was "Suppose If I agree for replacement which you'll be providing and you're saying that we'll assure that you'll get the best product. We do the double quality check for it. So I've bought the product on * Aug **** and warranty about to end (* Aug ****) today July was about to end if suppose again I've to face same issue after * Aug **** As the product went through double quality check will you again provide me the replacement?"" On which they said "Sorry sir! We cannot do that as your warranty period will get over so we cannot do that." So I said I only want refund. After few days of arguments we came to conclusion they'll provide me the coupon. I was also agree on this. Next day received an email from them mentioning we've scheduled a pick of for defective product and once the product reache our hub we'll initiate the coupon and you'll get it within *-** working days. Now it's been more than * months they're denying to provide me refund they're saying sorry but this is against our policy we cannot provide you the coupon. Now please help me to get the refund amount I don't even want their coupon. I don't want to buy any of their product.
